What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and project details, and optionally your business name, the services you are interested in and your campaign location or target area. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

Why we collect it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and prepare a custom quote. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list without your consent.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and receive enquiries:

• Formspree receives the enquiry form and delivers it to us by email. Formspree keeps a copy of submissions for a limited period.
• Google provides the email service where enquiries are received.
• Vercel hosts this website and may record technical information, such as IP addresses, in server logs for security and reliability.
• Fontshare supplies the website's fonts, which means your browser connects to its servers when pages load.

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of those countries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and for related business records, and then delete them.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or ask a question about this notice, by sending a request through our enquiry form.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.
